Led by the vision of architect Zane Tetere-Šulce and the ‘Open Architecture Design’ team, we have transformed the former “Rīgas adītājs” factory building into a modern office and commercial space building. Our spacious premises, where contemporary architecture highlights and complements historical heritage, are adaptable for companies of various sizes and with diverse needs, which value an easily accessible location and an inspiring work environment.

The ground floors of the buildings offer rentable commercial spaces, while rooftop gardens create an ideal environment for relaxation and informal brainstorming.
