The development of the “Grīziņdārzs” quarter continues with another major milestone — the renovation of Building 1A has now started. Upon completion, the building will offer a modern, energy-efficient, and highly functional environment for businesses, further advancing the district’s gradual transformation into a well-organized and inspiring space for work and growth.

As part of the renovation, the building is undergoing significant improvements — window openings are being enlarged and new windows installed, and the façade is being fully insulated to improve energy efficiency. For the comfort of visitors and employees, the stairwell is being renovated, and a new, modern entrance area is being constructed. The renovated section will also feature completely new engineering systems, including modern heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, ensuring a high level of comfort.

Interested parties can already apply to lease space, without waiting for the completion of the renovation. On the 2nd and 3rd floors of Building K1A, we offer spacious and flexible premises (345.0 m² per floor), which can be adapted to suit your company’s needs. Each floor accommodates approximately 35 workstations, while combining both floors allows for an office with more than 80 workstations. The premises will be available from July 2026, and tenants will also benefit from landlord support during the fit-out process.
